Refund

We complete the refund in 1~2 business days after receiving the goods.

1. Customers will responsible for the return shipping fees if it's due to their own reason to return.

2. If we send you the wrong size by mistake, we will take the shipping fees;

3. No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us at info@imorebeauty.com and we will gladly send you a new one! If you do not notify us of a defective or damaged product, we will assume the product was not damaged or defective when you received it. If a damaged item is returned without any notification, we will not be able to process the return.

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

* Refunds should appear on your account within 10 business days after processing if you use a Credit card to check out.

* Refunds should appear on your account within 1-2business days after processing if you use PayPal to check out.

* Late or missing refunds.

2. If refund still not shows in your bank account. please contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. EXCHANGES

The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country.
